What is your return/exchange policy?

Jewelz by Tee LLC sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must email their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Jewelz by Tee LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

How long does shipping take and what shipping method do you use?

Shipping is provided by USPS and can be shipped any where in the United States. USPS will ship First-Class Mail which will come with a tracking number. It will be received within 1-3 business days. If you would like insurance on your package please email us so that we can send an invoice for the cost of insurance. Please keep in mind that COVID19 can affect the time frame of shipping.

Once my order is placed, how long does it take to process?

Allow up to 7-21 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Keep in mind that special request for different styles, colors, etc , can add additional time.  Most orders can be completed sooner but not guaranteed. Please note that COVID can cause a delay in receiving your order.

How do I size my wrist?

You can size your wrist by using a measuring tape. You want to wrap it around your wrist to fit snug and then add a half inch to make sure you have perfect fitting.
You can also use a piece of string and wrap around your wrist and cut it and measure it in inches on a ruler.

What is your repair policy?

Jewelz By Tee LLC will repair ALL jewelry purchased from us only. The customer will be responsible for shipping item back to us for us to repair. There are fee’s associated with repairs. To get prices go to Shop>Jewelry Repair & Customization and choose your option. PLEASE NOTE: when checking out for REPAIR ONLY, please choose the shipping item that says NO COST (REPAIR ONLY) so that you are not charged a shipping fee on website.

Can I customize my order?

Jewelz by Tee LLC supports customers by providing them exactly what they want. If the color is not listed that you want please put the bracelet that you want in the cart and then go to Shop>Jewelry Repair & Customization and choose the option that says color customization. We will be uploading new things throughout the week as well as new colors so please keep checking our website for updates.
